Backup your records

Backup keeps a copy of your local records. Restore validates the file before merge or replace.

📘 Backup & Restore tutorial
  1. Backup: tekan Export JSON, kemudian simpan fail peptrack-backup.json ke Files, iCloud Drive atau lokasi selamat.
  2. Restore: pilih fail backup di bahagian Import JSON.
  3. Pilih Merge untuk kekalkan data semasa atau Replace untuk gantikan semua data selepas validation.
  4. Tekan Validate import. PepTrack akan reject fail rosak, schema tidak dikenali atau checksum tak sepadan.
  5. Jangan hantar fail backup kepada orang lain tanpa sedar ia mengandungi personal health data.

Important: backup bukan cloud sync. Buat backup selepas setiap perubahan penting.
